They have an active online presence of user-led and expert-led content, development emails, competitions, surveys, and a highly engaged social media community; as well as numerous offline touch points including nationwide events, and free every mum gift bags distributed via SuperValu. As part of Zahra Media Group, they are also part of a larger Parenting resource which contains the Ultimate Maternity Guide, and the National Parenting Product Awards.

Beginning Requirements

Everymum was facing an issue in automation, customer journey, connecting sales and marketing cloud, and least optimized marketing cloud. The marketing and sales cloud were not integrated which possess problems in getting customer insight, engagement, etc. The objective of the Project was to implement a marketing cloud to prepare a Journey for Pre and Post Pregnancy stages for Mothers. Once the solution is placed, it enables certain benefits like better parenting, placing information in one place, etc.

It has supported fixing automation like triggered, scheduled, and file-drop to encourage engagement. The automation issues were resolved, which further benefits a high engagement rate.
  • The digital journey begins: Salesforce has supported everymum to track the subscriber journey. The company has used the marketing cloud to unite subscriber data and behaviour to understand subscribers. This insight helped to engage the user with attractive offers and services.
